Anodic Oxidation

During anodic oxidation, or anodizing, the aluminum surface is made hard and scratch-resistant through an electrochemical process. The aluminum’s metallic appearance is retained. Various processes allow for color tones ranging from natural aluminum to bronze to black.
With Europe’s most modern anodizing facility in our production facility, which opened in 2025, we are unique in the market. A turnaround time of less than 10 working days for an anodized aluminum profile sets the industry benchmark and offers our customers significant advantages in terms of planning and inventory requirements. Powder Coating

This solvent-free process allows us to reproduce the entire RAL color spectrum. Special colors, various textures, and various surface effects such as matte, glossy, or metallic are standard for us, so there are virtually no limits to our customers’ creativity and their requirements. Furthermore, we can produce powder-coated surfaces with a highly weather-resistant finish.
In our profile production center, the vertical coating system is seamlessly integrated into the production process. The profiles are fully automatically removed from the warehouse, fed into the coating system, and transferred directly to the next production step after the process – without manual intervention. As aluminum experts, we always consider the entire process and optimize each stage for maximum efficiency.
